The Price

The 2022 Nissan Versa starts at an MSRP of $17,890. There are higher trim levels available, with the most expensive model starting at $18,990 MSRP.

The 2022 Nissan Sentra is a bit more expensive. Its starting MSRP is $19,510.

Trim Levels

Both of these models are offered in the S, the SV, and the SR trim levels. The 2022 Nissan Sentra gets an extra trim level though. That's the SR Midnight Edition, which sits at the top of the lineup.

Performance

The 2022 Nissan Versa and 2022 Nissan Sentra offer different engine options. The Nissan Versa comes equipped with a 1.6-liter engine that produces 122 horsepower and 116 lb-ft of torque. The Nissan Sentra ups the output a bit with 149 horsepower and 146 lb-ft of torque.

The Nissan Versa isn't as powerful, but it is a bit more efficient. It also offers a manual transmission option. The Nissan Sentra is only available with the XTRONIC CVT.

Space

The 2022 Nissan Versa is a bit smaller than the 2022 Nissan Sentra. It offers 88.9 cubic feet of passenger volume and 14.7 feet of cargo space. The 2022 Nissan Sentra maxes out at 96 cubic feet of passenger volume and 14.3 cubic feet of cargo space.
