What Is the Used Car Reconditioning Process?

Here is an overview of the used car reconditioning process, which not only includes Certified Pre-Owned Nissan cars, but all our used vehicles.  

Our Pre-Owned Reconditioning Center 

The vehicles in the Hall | MileOne Autogroup Nissan Pre-Owned Reconditioning Center get reconditioned in eight steps:

1. ?A detailed lead technician completes a thorough walk-around outside and inside the car. This step will determine if any cosmetic details need to be addressed. 
2. A certified Hall technician inspects the interior and under-the-hood functions of the vehicle. The inspection includes seating controls, sunroof, belt condition, fluid levels, undercarriage, tires, brakes, and all suspension components.  
3. Take the vehicle for a test drive. We will be able to summarize what repairs and replacement parts are necessary.  
4. Follow up the test drive with enhancements and further repairs, starting with a 360-degree detailing of the entire vehicle.  
5. Repair any interior or external dents, dings, rips, and tears. 
6. Our ASE master technicians work to restore the car’s mechanical and safety features detailed in our 101-point inspection 
7. Painstakingly detail the interior and add finishing touches.  
8. Prep the car and send it to Hall Nissan Virginia Beach.
