Get a Look at the New 2019 Nissan Maxima

Here at Hall Nissan Virginia Beach, we love to keep our drivers in the Norfolk and Virginia Beach, VA area updated on new models. Right now is a fantastic time for new models thanks to the numerous auto shows that go on during this time of year. Recently, at the Los Angeles Auto Show, we got a great look at the 2019 Nissan Maxima.

The 2019 Nissan Maxima doesn’t mark a substantial departure from the previous model year. However, several noteworthy changes will enhance your experience. One of the most significant and most noticeable changes to the new model is the frontend. A new bumper which seamlessly integrates a pair of small foglights, combined with refreshed LED headlights presents a sharper design.

Similarly, the rear end of the car gets some updates which include a new rear fascia with quad-tip tailpipes, a small spoiler in certain trims, and upgraded taillights.

Once inside and depending on which trim and package you choose, you’ll notice several upgrades to the interior materials and quality. Changes include everything from a new instrument panel to stitching to seat materials.

Now standard on the 2019 Nissan Maxima is the Safety Shield 360 package. This safety package includes notable features like Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Rear Automatic Braking, and more.

While the 3.5-liter V6 engine which makes 300 horsepower and 261 lb-ft of torque remains the same as the previous model, the many new features and upgrades make the new 2019 model worth a look.
